Dunning Flow Level
  • Create
    The create state indicates that the Dunning Flow Level is in creation.
  • Active
    The active state indicates that the Dunning Flow Level is active and may be used.
  • Inactive
    The inactive state indicates that the Dunning Flow Level is inactive and may not be used.
  • Deleting
    The deleting state indicates that the Dunning Flow Level is in the process to be deleted.
  • Deleted
    The deleted state marks the entity for purging from the database.
  • Configuration Name
    The dunning flow level name is used internally to identify the dunning flow level. For example the name is used within search fields and hence it should be distinct and descriptive.
  • Document Text
    This text is put in the reminder document of this dunning flow level.
  • Flow
  • Id
    The ID is the primary key of the entity. The ID identifies the entity uniquely.
  • Level Title
    The title is used to communicate the dunning level to the customer within the reminder.
  • Linked Space ID
    The linked space id holds the ID of the space to which the entity belongs to.
  • Period
    The duration of the level before switching to the next one.
  • Planned Purge Date
    The planned purge date indicates when the entity is permanently removed. When the date is null the entity is not planned to be removed.
  • Priority
    The priority indicates the sort order of the level. A low value indicates that the level is executed before any level with a higher value. Any change to this value affects future level selections. The value has to pe unique per dunning flow.
