1Setup

In case you are in possession of the required acquiring contract and the payment method is activated at Sage Pay you have to create the corresponding connector configuration in your account under Space > Configuration > Connectors

2Testing

In case you want to test the integration first you find test credit card numbers on the Sage Pay Testing website located here: http://www.sagepay.co.uk/support/12/36/test-card-details-for-your-test-transactions

3Connector Testing

In order to test the payment connector the following section contain test data. For some tests special instructions have to follow. Some test data may produce a negative result. We indicate when the test data should lead to a transaction failure or decline.

3.1Accepted Debit Card

This MasterCard debit card is accepted.
  • Card Holder Name: John Doe
  • Card Number: 5573 4700 0000 0001
  • Expiry Date: 2026-05
  • Security Code: 123

3.2Accepted with 3-D Secure

This MasterCard is accepted with 3-D secure authentication.
  • Card Holder Name: John Doe
  • Card Number: 5404 0000 0000 0001
  • Expiry Date: 2026-05
  • Security Code: 123

3.3Accepted without 3-D Secure

This MasterCard card is accepted without 3-D Secure authentication.
  • Card Holder Name: John Doe

  • Expiry Date: 2026-05
  • Security Code: 123

3.4Accepted with 3-D Secure not verified status

The enrollment in 3-D Secure schema of this MasterCard card could not be verified.
  • Card Holder Name: John Doe

  • Expiry Date: 2026-05
  • Security Code: 123

3.5Accepted with 3-D Secure error status

The 3-D Secure verification of this MasterCard card returns an error.

3.63-D Secure Test Instructions

If you have configured 3-D Secure setting, you will be required to enter a password to complete the payment process.

To successfully complete 3-D Secure authentication you will need to enter value 'password' as a password on the 3-D Secure authentication page.

If you would like to test other 3-D Secure statuses, enter one of the following values as a password to simulate different 3-D Secure statuses:

  • A:D:06 - for 'Attempt Only' 3-D Secure Status
  • U:N:06 - for 'Incomplete' 3-D Secure Status
  • E:N:06 - for 'Error' 3-D Secure Status
