1.1Plugins

wallee provides you with an ecosystem of plugins that are built by us:

An overview about all available plugin can be found on our plugin page.

1.2SDKs

wallee allows you to integrate via a modern, clean REST API. This API is platform independent and can be used from any programming platform that supports http requests. Our Software Development Kits (SDKs) make integrating with us even easier. These SDKs bridge the gap between the platform independent REST interface (based on modern open web standards) and platform specific details for the major server-side technologies.

The links point to our github account where more useful stuff including a documentation for the SDKs can be found.

If you develop in another language we also provide a machine-readable API definition (Swagger). The service description is written in Swagger. It can be found under Swagger. The Swagger documentation may provide more details about how to use the provided JSON file.

1.3Mobile SDKs

The wallee mobile SDKs make it easy to build an excellent payment experience in your iOS or Android app. They provide powerful, customizable UI elements that you can use out of the box to collect your customers' payment details, while automatically syncing payment methods based on your space configuration.
The new SDKs are built on modern, platform-native foundations — Swift Package Manager (SPM) for iOS, supporting iOS 13.0 and later, and Maven Central for Android, with full support for Kotlin and the latest Android Gradle Plugin — making integration straightforward and dependency management effortless.
Both SDKs support UI theming so the payment flow can be styled to match your app's look and feel, and they handle the complete payment lifecycle, returning clearly defined result states (completed, failed, canceled, pending) that your app can act on immediately.
For an extra layer of reliability, it is strongly recommended to complement the SDK integration with webhook notifications to capture final transaction states server-side.
Detailed API references, integration guides, and theming documentation can be found in the respective GitHub repositories.
